Appointments can be moved or cancelled free of charge providing the request is made more than 48 hours prior to the appointment. If a client should cancel their appointment within 24 hours of the appointment, they will be charged in full.
If you need to cancel your booking for any reason or have any questions about your driver medical, please contact the Drive Safe Medicals team on office@drivecheckmedical.co.uk

If you're over 10 minutes late, your doctor may decide to proceed with or cancel the appointment at their discretion on the day.

Missed appointments will result in full charges, and you'll need to make a new booking.
